Myself a Chemical Engineer from N.I.T. and MBA (specialization subject - Total Quality Management), also trained in Malcolm Baldrige model of Business Excellence and have been an Assessor for IMC (Indian Merchants' Chamber) for the RamaKrishna Bajaj National Quality Awards (RBNQA). I believe in everyone sharing his knowledge with the others and trying to arrive in the same sync so that the goings become easier for the coming generations. I am of the view that acquiring "Human skills" are as important as any Technical or Conceptual skills a person develops during the academic education. Further, every person should strive to have some Spritual bent of mind as well simultaneous to his/her desires of enjoying materialistic life. I therefore try and influence people to absorb the following formulae in life; "Achievements divided by Expectations = Satisfaction".
